All coaching programs include your own certified coach who will work with you throughout the program to help guide you on your journey.

How It Works

​STEP 1: Introductory Session

We will first start by talking about your health and exercise history, lifestyle, and what you’d like to accomplish — and together we explore options for a plan that will fit your life best.

​STEP 2: Your Personalized Plan & App Walkthrough

Your coach creates your personalized nutrition and/or fitness plan and uploads it to your account in the Wahine Fitness mobile app. We then meet to review everything together—walking through your plan, answering questions, and making sure you feel confident using the app.

STEP 3: Ongoing Coaching and Support

Throughout your program, you have continuous guidance and adjustments based on how you’re doing:

  • Weekly check-ins 

  • Once-a-month progress regroup

  • In-app chat whenever you need it
