How Our Coaching Works

Introductory Session
(60-minutes)
In our first session, we'll review your background and current home/work/life situation, set goals, and talk about possible options for your plan.

Plan Review & Kickoff
(60-minutes)
In our second session we review your personalized fitness and/or nutrition plan. You are also set up with an account on our mobile app with the plan and to track progress.
3
Ongoing Coaching
and Support
For the duration of the program, you have ongoing communication with your coach including:

Weekly 15-minute check-ins

Once-a-month 60-minute regroup

In-app chat (as needed)
